In-home personal training sessions are usually priced by the hour, but I do offer 30-minute virtual personal training sessions as well. When you train with me you're not paying for a copy/paste program that has been pulled from the internet. You get a completely brand new, customized workout routine that has been specifically designed to your lifestyle, medical history, and preferences. I take pride in additionally providing my clients with an extra, complementary routine for them to follow on their own time - that way you can push yourself even harder, but with the confidence of an experienced trainer behind you!

You're in luck! JC Fitness has equipment to rent for only $10 per in-home session if you live in the Greater Denver Area. I am also perfectly adept at adapting my workout routines to whatever you have on hand (even if it's a milk jug!) or, if you prefer, I can write a completely bodyweight workout.
